What's New
Reference Restore & Backup Plans
Plans can now be shared between multiple Systems or be unique to one System. Changing a plan in one System can now be replicated to all Systems using the plan.
Status Change
You can now change from any status level to another directly. It is possible to move for a Green or Normal Status to a Red or Failed Status in one step.
Send Notifications
Notifications can now be sent to update staff and Vendors of changes without needing to change the Status Level
Include Vendors in Notifications
Vendors can be set per System to receive Notifications to any of three email addresses. They are, the General address, the Sales address, and the Support email address.
Added Restore Target and Restore Level
The new Restore Target allows you to indicate the desired time in which you want the System restored. The restore level can be set to low, medium or high.
New Service Agreement Report
You can use this report to identify all your service contracts. Using the Query System you can show contracts up for renewal.
Vendor Management
Several new features have been added to make your Vendor Management tasks easier. Document what documents you have obtained & reviewed, All activity with the vendor, how important the Vendor is to your organization, and more.
